We are back!! We are excited to let you know that according to the BC government COVID 19 return to work plan we are now entering Phase 3 which allows film and television production to commence work in B.C. Having said that there are not as many productions filming as there typically would be at this time of year and as a general rule they are filming with fewer extras.
Worksafe BC has implemented safety guidelines for production to follow to ensure that everyone’s time on set is safe and positive. There are many changes to how things will be done on set and we encourage all performers and new applicants to read the guidelines set out below from Worksafe BC and The Union of BC Performers to ensure that you are fully aware and prepared for your time on set.

New ways to register for Hollywood North Extras:
We are implementing an online registering option for new Hollywood North applicants. You can sign up online by downloading and completing the application on our website and emailing it to us at:
info@hollywoodnorthextras.com .
Please submit current head and shoulder as well as full body pictures. Please ensure the photos are no larger than 2mbs, are clear with good lighting and taken on a solid background. Please include clothing types that you can provide when booked on set. This is very important as wardrobe will not be provided by productions for the time being due to covid and typically you will need to bring a minimum of 3 changes of clothing to set. Once your application has been reviewed you will receive an email to confirm that you have been accepted to become a client of Hollywood North. At that time we will also send you your password for Agencyclick so you can fill out your online calendar.
If you are already a client of Hollywood North Extras, please send us current photos and any changes we should be aware of. Please include any address/email changes, clothing option, sizes and vehicle updates and skills/equipment that we may not have on file. We will update your Agencyclick profile and start submitting you for upcoming work.
