We would like to take this opportunity to update you on what is currently happening in the film and television industry. At this point all productions have shut down until further notice. As is the case with people in all sectors this will be a tough blow to everyone.
Hollywood North Extras has been in business for over 25 years and our goal is to continue to maintain our service to you until such time that we can get back to work in the strong film industry that we have built together. Our staff will continue to work from the office or home. We are using this time to look at different ways we could serve you better and make the most of this temporary hiatus. As most of you are well aware we are accustomed to a constant fast pace of working on bookings for our clients. Finding ourselves with this unexpected time on our hands and staff to keep busy, we are urging everyone to send us information so we can update your profile and keep ourselves busy! We are also going to update our website in the next while to include how new clients can register online with our agency instead of coming in to the office to apply. This is particularly directed toward teens and kids as we recognize that our session times are not conducive to them coming in.

PHOTOS: A head and shoulders picture under 2mg with a plain background and a nice smile. You can include other photos as well: full length body pics or different hair/makeup styles. Pictures of your vehicle are also needed as we book clients with their car/truck (referred to as picture vehicles on set) typically no red/white/black). If you have a well-behaved dog that could be set friendly please send us a picture as well.

We also encourage people that qualify to use this time to apply for their UBCP extras union membership. Please visit the UBCP website for more information www.ubcp.com. For those of you who are very keen and would like as many bookings as possible, please consider upgrading to Agencyclick Advantage membership. Refer to www.agencyclick.com for more information. When searches are done by casting and ourselves Advantage profiles come up first. You will also be able to manage your online profile.
We are looking forward to receiving your current pictures and updated information so that when things get back to a new normal we will be ready to go with fresh and current profiles!

At this point due to the current shutdown there is no need to fill out the Agencyclick online calendar. PLEASE REFER TO OUR WEBSITE AT www.hollywoodnorthextras.com Once productions are back up and running we will post an update to let you know that it would be beneficial to fill it out. Please let us know if you need us to send you your login and password.
