If an emergency should occur that will prevent you from going to set, please contact us as soon as possible by texting or calling the cell number that is provided to you in the calltime email.
This should only occur in case of a real emergency. Not showing up for work is a big deal and you will be missed. It is always a big inconvenience for everyone. If you do not show up for your call time we will typically need to replace you. We then have to call other extras right away to get them to set immediately.
Please do not wait until we call or email you with your call time to cancel. If your scene is 2 days away it is okay to call the office and leave a message but best to email us as well so we don’t miss it.
